Russian missiles and drones struck Kyiv, Odesa and other Ukrainian regions from September 22 through 24, damaging homes, hospitals, railway and internet infrastructure, businesses and warehouses, and causing deaths and injuries. Ukrainian officials also reported a deadly strike on a farm in Kharkiv region; Poland activated aircraft and evacuated border crossings, while Moldova said drones entered its airspace.
