Judge orders White House to restore access for three news outlets
A federal judge temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s restrictions on CNN, MS NOW and Politico, ordering their White House access restored for 14 days while their legal challenge proceeds. Judge Timothy Kelly said the outlets were likely to show that the administration had not provided adequate due process, and that its national-security justification lacked factual support.
