Zelensky urges pressure on Russia at UN and says Ukraine sent two North Korean prisoners to South Korea
In his September 23 address to the UN General Assembly, Volodymyr Zelensky urged stronger pressure on Russia, more support for Ukraine’s defenses, and action to limit Russia’s ability to finance the war. He also said Ukraine had recently sent two captured North Korean soldiers to South Korea, and warned that the war’s effects could spread beyond Ukraine.
